Shipping policy

At Silvana Luxe we want the shipping side of your order to be boring in the best way: clear, free, and tracked. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate below.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

These are estimates. Carrier delays and regional conditions are outside our control and can shift them slightly.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
  • Paid shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, the cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong in transit, including a delay or a package that never turns up, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment on our Order Tracking Page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any change will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Please review it periodically. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
